The apart hotel is located in the very centre of the Levante beach, only a 5-minute walk from the shore. If they arrive outside office hours, we will leave the keys in a safe next to our office and send the code to open it by SMS.The deposit is paid by credit card, one week before arrival we will send a link to the bank BBVA (Redsys.es) for the payment of the deposit of 200 €. The refund will be made on the same credit card of th e charge no later than 7 days after departure, if there is no incident.

The assigned name of the building will be provided the day of arrival. All buildings have common areas, swimming pool for adults and children (open in summer) and parking.
The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen with cooker, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine, ironing board with iron, a wide balcony, plasma TV with international channels via satellite,(extra charge), safe (for rent). WiFi is available in the business centre and is Free of charge. WiFi is available in the apartments and charges are applicable. The complex has two buildings with 29 floors each, built 2001, with spacious common areas, including solarium and garden, 3 lifts per building, indoor parking (subject to availability), 24 hour surveillance cameras in public areas and a porter throughout the day. For the summer months there are swimming pools for adults and children.

The apartments have either 1 Bedroom (total 55m2) or 2 Bedrooms ( total 75m2). They have a large sunny terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the beach (450m away). The living room is equipped with a plasma television ( international channels at an extra charge), air conditioning and heating.
