If they arrive outside office hours, we will leave the keys in a safe next to our office and send the code to open it by SMS.The deposit is paid by credit card, one week before arrival we will send a link to the bank BBVA (Redsys.es) for the payment of the deposit of 200 €. The refund will be made on the same credit card of th e charge no later than 7 days after departure, if there is no incident.

The assigned name of the building will be provided the day of arrival. All buildings have common areas, swimming pool for adults and children (open in summer) and parking.
