Resort will be closed for renovation of our rooms and leisure areas from Monday, August 12, 2024, to Sunday, December 1, 2024.
We understand this may cause some inconvenience, and we've taken extensive measures to ensure that our resort improvement works cause minimal disturbance during your stay.
While the renovation is ongoing, two of our resort swimming pools will be closed, and our resort arrival, Porte Cochere, will undergo extensive refurbishment. The resort lies on the Atlantic Ocean with a spectacular mountain landscape as a backdrop. The hotel sprawls across 200-ha on Puerto Rico's northeast coast and includes a palm-lined 1.6 km secluded beach adjacent to the Caribbean National Forest, known among the islanders as El Yunque. The hotel is only 30 minutes to the east of San Juan's Luis Munoz Marin International Airport, off Puerto Rico Highway 3, north of the Caribbean National Forest and west of Puerto Rico's famous Luquillo Beach.

600 non-smoking rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.
