Nagpur to Aurangabad via Amravati & Akola tour will begin with pick up from Nagpur airport. Explore Nagpur monuments and museum then head to Akola via visiting ancient Ambadevi Temple at Amravati. Visit the ancient fort & Temples in Akola and head to Aurangabad via visiting Ajanta Caves, 30 rock-cut Buddhist cave monuments which date from the 2nd century BCE to about 480 CE. While in Aurangabad visit Ellora Caves one of the largest rock-cut monastery-temple cave complexes in the world, featuring Hindu, Buddhist and Jain monuments, and artwork, dating from the 600–1000 CE period and Aurangabad city monuments. Please note Akola is a small offbeat small city, there are no luxury hotels but you will get the authentic Indian experience.

Programma

Day 1:
Arrive Nagpur
On arrival at Nagpur airport assistance & transfer to hotel. Later visit Sitabuldi Fort partially accupied by Indian Armys. Dhamma Chakra Stupa a 120 feet heigh very important place for Buddhists. Ans Central Museum (Mondays closed).
Overnight at hotel.

Day 2:
Nagpur - Akola (250kms)
Drive to Akola, enroute visit Ambadevi Temple at Amravati. Continue drive to Akola check in at hotel. Later visit Akola Fort & Rajeshwar Mandir an old Shiva temple in fort complex.
O/n at hotel. Meal plan: Breakfast.

Day 3:
Akola - Aurangabad (250kms)
Drive to Aurangabad. Enroute visit Ajanta which house 30 rock-cut cave from the 2nd century BCE. Buddhist Caves with mesmerizing sculptures and paintings depict Buddhas life as well the lives of the Buddha in his previous births.
Continue drive to Aurangabad check in at hotel.
O/n at hotel. Meal plan: Breakfast.

Day 4:
Aurangabad (36kms one way)
Excursion to visit Ellora Caves, 34 monasteries and temples date back from 600 to 1000 AD. Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga Temple & Daulatabad Fort. Also visit Bibi ka Maqbara, Panchakki & Aurangabad Caves.
O/n at hotel. Meal plan: Breakfast.

Day 5:
Aurangabad - Departure
As per flight schedule transfer to airport to board flight for onward destination.
