- Please dial the code 810 on the mailbox to get your instructions to get to your apartment
- We thank you for leaving the envelopes that do not correspond to your name in the mailbox and to lock it again by scrambling the code

The apartments are located in very high standing buildings in residential building some entirely private and some among normal residence and have been completely renovated and refurnished to help make your stay more comfortable. Customer has always to come to our office's address (10 avenue Franklin Roosevelt 75008 Paris) to pick up the key instruction. Our office is open on working days from 9am till 6pm. Outside those time, customer will have to contact our call center (00 33 1 42 94 13 13 OPEN 24H 7/7).
