This immersive experience begins with a
guided walk through the picturesque
Barbados Flower Forest, the perfect place to retreat from the hustle of the world for a while. Inhale the pure, clean air of the easterly breezes from the Atlantic Ocean, while exploring the lush and towering forest with its pathways lined with flowering plants. The views from the garden overlooking the hills are perfect for taking candid memorable photos with loved ones. The experience at the forest is not complete without a quick refresher of either a natural tea or juice served on the deck overlooking the forest.
Afterward, journey to
Harrison’s Cave Eco Adventure Park and enjoy the
Tram ride underground with beautiful views of running streams, waterfalls and magnificent stalactite and stalagmite formations. Regroup at our
Green Monkey Bar & Grill for a refreshing tropical non-alcoholic beverage, a Green Monkey Rum Punch, and a delicious Bajan
lunch before browsing the gift shop.
After lunch, head to
Earthworks Pottery for a guided tour of one of the finest creative pottery production factories in Barbados. See the production line and process of the red clay wheel in motion. Be educated on the 45-year-old methodologies behind the casting, print, press and design of some of the best clay products in the Caribbean. Be sure to explore the store to take home a piece of local craft with you.
