One of the most traditional options of Serra Gaúcha. The fondue sequence starts with the traditional cheese fondue, accompanied by dormant bread, broccoli, pepperoni sausage, potatoes and guava. Then the meat fondue on the stone, La Pierrat, noble cuts of beef, pork and chicken, garnished by 12 varieties of sauces and farofa. To finish the series, the chocolate fondue brings the flavors of the fruits of the season with the most appreciated of the sweets.
