Il programma nel dettaglio
In the morning we head towards the Casablanca Valley. Our first stop will be Viña Veramonte, we will be met at the visitor center to go on a tour of vineyards and calicata. We will also visit the winery and wine cellar. We will finish the tour with a tasting of three wines: Ritual Sauvignon Blanc, Ritual Pinot Noir and Primus The Blend. We will have some free time for lunch (not included). Then we will go west, towards the coast, to the Casas del Bosque Vineyard. A guide will take us on a tour of its beautiful vineyards, around the cellar and through the barrel storage room, explaining in detail all the processes that are carried out in the vineyard. The tour ends with the tasting of 3 wines, 1 reserve wine and 2 grand reserve. Finally we will return to Santiago to our hotel.
