At the agreed time of 10:00 AM, we will be starting our trip at the meeting point located in the Central Market just in the front, where the fountain is, where our local guide will be waiting for you. After the encounter, we start our culinary heritage tour in the remarkable "La Vega Central" market, with more than 100 years old, where histrionic sellers, local restaurants and buyers of all social stratum converge,

standing out as a permanent point of popular life and patrimonial authenticity.



We will continue towards the Plaza de Armas, passing through the Central Market (national monument). We will visit the Museum of Precolumbian Art, the Plaza de la Constitution and the Palacio de la Moneda, ending in a mythical restobar, notable space and famous for its unique preparations of typical foods and cocktails.
