Just a couple of hours during your visit to Kusadasi are all it will take to enjoy a rejuvenating yoga lesson with fully qualified English-speaking instructors.



Originating in India, the practise of yoga is a form of physical exercise with a meditative and spiritual core which incorporates stretching and breath control and benefitting core strength and balance.



The yoga studio is in the centre of Kusadasi and offers gentle flow yoga in an active class that focuses on fundamental yoga postures to reinforce foundation and bring focus to linking breath and movement. Each class begins with a short meditation to calm the mind and bring awareness to the body. A thorough full-body warm-up gently builds into a vinyasa flow that is complimented with deep stretching and longer held postures to build strength and increase flexibility.



The yoga teachers are qualified and experienced and can instruct in English and Turkish. Their warm-hearted personalities will make any participant feel welcome and give a sense of the Turkish yoga community.

Regular class: 1 hour and 30 minutes
