Join us on this 3-hour tour where we will get to know the most charming and emblematic areas of Amsterdam. At the hand of one of our expert guides we will talk about the past and the present of the city, trying to obtain the most complete vision possible of what is one of the most beautiful capitals of Europe.



Beginning our tour at the Central Train Station, we will enter the Canal Ring, built in the seventeenth century and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Here we will learn about the authentic palaces that were built by the wealthiest merchants during the Dutch Golden Age. On the way, we will see the narrowest house in Amsterdam, as well as a large part of the famous boat houses and floating houses, where the inhabitants of the city still live.



Next, we will discover what for many is the most beautiful neighborhood of Amsterdam, the Jordaan, known for its bohemian atmosphere and for being the cradle of great Dutch artists. In it, we will find the famous brown cafes, symbols of Amsterdam life and Dutch culture, and stroll through the streets of what may seem like a small village on the edge of the city.



Leaving the Jordaan, right on the channel that marks the border of the neighborhood, the Prinsengracht, we will find what is probably the most famous house in Amsterdam, the house of Anne Frank (ticket not included). There we will tell you in detail its history, as well as the terrible way in which the Second World War was lived in Amsterdam and the Netherlands. Before continuing our route, we will also know the church that Ana listened to and mentioned so many times in her diary, the Westerkerk, and where, in addition, one of the most important characters in the history of the city is buried.



Following our route, we will visit the popular district of the 9 streets, a picturesque neighborhood full of local shops where there are many shops selling vintage clothing and handicrafts, as well as art galleries. Before finishing our tour, we will walk through the Vondelpark, the largest and most important park in the city, known as the lung of Amsterdam. Finally, we will arrive at the museum area, Museumplein, where you will find, among others, the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum.
