We start this day with a visit to Xanthos, which was the capital of Lycia and you can see some well preserved ancient ruins. Driving through villages, forests and off-road tracks in our 4x4 vehicles, we stop for an al fresco lunch in Saklikent Canyon. After lunch, you can walk, do fun rafting or rest by the river, and afterwards you can explore the Canyon itself, which is great fun. After the canyon we stop on the west side of Patara beach for swimming, where you can enjoy the 18 km long, golden sands or visit the ancient city of Patara before heading back to Kalkan.
