Enjoy a full experience inside the traditional Italian kitchen and taste the flavor of an authentic Tuscan Menu that you will prepare all by yourself!. The tour will start inside the Central Market where one of our chefs will help the participants to choose the freshest and best ingredients for the dishes.

After shopping participants will start the cooking lesson that will teach the basic elements of Tuscan kitchen dishes and allow them to experience directly every step of the preparations. Once the menu will be completed everyone will be able to join a lunch composed by the dishes prepared during the lesson, accompanied by Tuscan wine.


Meeting/pick-up point: Mercato Centrale Square at the corner with Via Panicale.
