Enjoy your city tour to visit Mahar Myat Muni Pagoda; it is said this Buddha image is over a millennium old. Buddhists believe that this heavily gilded Maha Muni Buddha is a representation of Buddha, and highly regarded. Shwe In Bin Monastery; built in traditional Burmese fashion is one of the few buildings that have survived the test of time and constructed in 1895 by Chinese merchants, the monastery consists of many impressive woodcarvings and also contains a number of admirable works of art. Then morning stop at Zecho market where much of the locals' time is spent shopping for everything from fresh fruit & vegetables to everyday household items. After lunch at a local restaurant, you will continue to visit Shwenandaw Monastery; it is a wonderfully fragile yet grand example of 19th century Myanmar teak architecture and also a significant masterpiece of the wood-carver’s art. Sandamuni Pagoda; it was erected on the location of King Mindons provisional palace. The Paya is also famous for the Iron Buddha Sandamani cast. Kuthodaw Pagoda; the Buddhist bible in stone-inscription version tells all the teachings of Buddha. There are 729 pieces of marble stones, each of which is housed by temples. Mandalay Hill; it is located outside the North of downtown which summit is 230 m above the surrounding plain and is the natural watch-tower for the visitors to watch sunrise or sunset over the city plains.
