Il programma nel dettaglio
Have a wild time on this visit to the Australia Zoo, home of the late Steve Irwin, the immensely popular wildlife expert who was known as the Crocodile Hunter. This exciting family holiday destination contains enough wildlife and entertainment to make you feel like you are actually in a thick Aussie rainforest. With more than 1,200 animals and countless free daily shows, prepare for a full day of action and adventure.
Among the many experiences you are invited to live in the zoo, you get to cuddle cute little koalas, interact with waddling wombats, slippery snakes and even adorable kangaroos – all of Australia’s trademark critters. Come face to face with noble tigers and majestic elephants; even have your picture snapped with a baby alligator.
Don’t miss out on Steve’s Safari Shuttle, which takes you to explore all the most interesting sites the Australia Zoo has to offer, including the thrilling new African exhibit. This section transports you to the arid savannahs on the other side of the world. See splendid African beasts such as giraffes, rhinos and zebras coexisting side by side. Also make sure to flatter the vanity of the proud cheetahs as they prowl by.
To top the whole thing off, pop into the world-famous Crocoseum show, where snakes, free-flight birds and even cranky crocs all perform for your entertainment. To see a crocodile launch a strike from the water’s edge is sure to get your adrenalin pumping! By the end of the day, you will be an Aussie wildlife expert.
