Climb up the Urca Hill in a different way, get inside the cable car to reach the Sugar Loaf, and them rappel down from Urca Hill with some adrenalin. Urca district is the largest urban climbing center in the world, with over 200 routes of all difficulty levels, and brings climbers from all around the world. Our tour starts with a light hike to Morro da Urca (no more than 1 hour), and before the rappel we visit the Sugar Loaf, the highest one, by the traditional cable car. Back to Morro da Urca, we start our rappel descent on a privileged route, approximately 15 meters / 50 feet long, with a beautiful view to the Guanabara Bay and the city. It is the perfect choice if you want to be in one of Rio’s most famous symbols, with an extra dose of adrenalin.


Meeting/pick-up point:Pick up at most hotels in in São Conrado, Leblon, Ipanema and Copacabana.

Duration: Five hours.

Start/opening time: At 8am approximately.

Others: Hiking duration is approximately 45 minutes and is considered a light hike. Cable Car from Urca Hill to Sugar Loaf (First mountain level to second level). Safety Equipment and rappel included.
