Il programma nel dettaglio
Discover the natural beauty of the Mendoza region with this private tour of the wild, mountainous landscapes to the south of the city. Admire the variety of shapes and colours that bestow the land with its characteristic beauty. Explore Lujan de Cuyo on the banks of the River Mendoza; the wine country of Tunuyan; and San Carlos, at the foot of the Andes. The final destination is the beautiful San Rafael, located 230km away from the city of Mendoza.
Visit an island in the heart of the shimmering waters of the River Diamante. Later, contemplate the extraordinary colour combinations and unexpected geographical shapes on the rocky walls of the Atuel River Canyon, a work of art sculpted by the hands of erosion and time; a sight to never forget.
Finally, you will visit the Valle Grande dam, where sunlight and shadow play at chasing each other over the rugged face of the mountains. Over the centuries, the slopes of these hills have metamorphosed into capricious formations named after what they resemble or evoke: the Ghost, the Valley of the Lost Monks, the Witch’s Table and many more. Last but not least, you will be taken to another dam, El Nihuil, an impressive hydroelectric complex amidst the purest nature. After that, while you make your way back to Mendoza, you will relive the memories of the sights you’ve beholden for a very long time.
