When Spain was an island" when Cadiz was the capital of Spain during the Napoleonic invasion troops and marking the Cadiz constitution a milestone in the history of Spain and Europe. Visit the historical tour which was proclaimed the Constitution of 1812, near the Monument to the Courts, the Oratory of San Felipe Neri and the Museum of the Cortes. Includes: Guide to perform the check. Entrance to the Museum of the Cortes of Cadiz, San Felipe Neri Oratory and Interpretation Center "La Pepa".
