Il programma nel dettaglio
Experience a genuine once-in-a-lifetime feeling as you interact, feed and play with Sumatran elephants at the Elephant Safari Park in Taro.
The Sumatran elephant is one of the most critically endangered species on the planet and up to 30 of these gentle and friendly creatures are sheltered at the vast tropical range of the safari park, where international standards of animal care are exceeded.
Stroll on an elephant’s back as you make your way through this lush natural environment towards a lake, where you will be able to hand-bathe these impressive animals.
You will also have the opportunity to attend educational workshops and displays, where these bright animals will paint using their trunks. At the arena there are a series of daily elephant talent shows.
The park has an information centre that features a graphical presentation of the history of elephants and a comprehensive museum with more than 1,000 pieces of elephant artefacts, including a 15,000-year-old mammoth skeleton, the only such fossil in south-east Asia.
A buffet lunch is provided in the restaurant, from where you can enjoy beautiful views over the lake. A gift shop offers a wide range of souvenirs that will help remind you of this wonderful day in the heart of Bali.
