Live the ultimate Florida experience, far from the typical and topical theme parks and hectic city activities. This tour takes you to discover the wild side of Florida with a visit to one of the state’s most remarkable natural sites: the sprawling and wonderful citrus plantations. Citrus farming is one of Florida’s largest and most important industries. On this tour you will learn all there is to learn about this fascinating field.

Begin your outing by heading over to the citrus farm, where you will be invited to hop onto the hulking body of a Monster Truck. Rumble through no less than 10 square kilometres of the private cattle and citrus ranch. Farming will never have looked more thrilling than from the top of this exciting vantage point, with the monster wheels growling and the engine gurgling hungrily far below you.

Afterwards, complete your day with a calm meander through the grove, where you will have the chance of spotting some of the many types of wildlife that roam free in the field. You can even take a shuttle up to the groves, bag in hand, and pick the freshest fruit for yourself; or, if you prefer, you can always purchase some of the best samples from the country store. The shop offers a variety of items, from homemade jams, jellies and marmalades to award winning orange juices and lemonade slushies. Don’t forget your camera, bug spray or your country spirit for this trip!
