This half day ride is an easy ride to stunning Hanging Rock in the Blue Mountains. This is a great introductory ride allowing you to explore a remote and spectacular part of the Blue Mountains, rarely seen by tourists to the Blue Mountains.


Hanging Rock is a 100m huge sandstone block which has become detached from the cliff face and protrudes over the magnificent Blue Mountains' Grose Valley.

This half day ride is an easy ride to stunning Hanging Rock in the Blue Mountains. This is a great introductory ride allowing you to explore a remote and spectacular part of the Blue Mountains, rarely seen by tourists to the Blue Mountains.


Hanging Rock is a 100m huge sandstone block which has become detached from the cliff face and protrudes over the magnificent Blue Mountains' Grose Valley. This half day experience including mountain biking tuition and is accompanied by a professional guide. Tour available ex Sydney or the Blue Mountains. If joining in Sydney you will enjoy bonus sightseiing after your biking tour including the Three Sisters, Katoomba and Leura.



Available daily subject to availability and minimum numbers.



This is a 9kms (5.6 miles) biking tour, including mountain biking tuition and is suitable for all persons with average fitness from beginners to advanced. We suggest bringing a backpack to carry all your personal items.

To ensure you keep well hydrated, please bring at least 1.5 litres of drinking water (on extremely hot days double this amount). We also recommend sunscreen. Please wear comfortable and non-restrictive clothing for riding (no jeans) and any protective clothing/accessories. We will provide a helmet and gloves for you to wear.

Important: While we always endeavor to take you on your preferred date, if we don't have minimum numbers on the day we will call you to reschedule, or where another date is not possible refund your booking in full. Please assist us by adding other possible booking dates in the section provided on your booking form.





Meeting/pick-up point: Blackheath Railway Station, Blue Mountains. Transfers from any Sydney CBD hotel available or if staying outside the CBD, then Central Station.

Duration: 9.30am-12.30pm in the Blue Mountains. 7.30am-3pm from Sydney.

Start/opening time: 9.30am in Blue Mountains.
