Begin this tour early in the evening, as the sun start to hide and a pleasant night-time air guarantees to make the trip all the more enjoyable. Make your first stop in a jewellery showroom. With the romantically charged atmosphere, you might not be able to fight to temptation and splurge on a pretty rock or two.

Next up you will be taken to Side’s showpiece: the majestic Temple of Apollo, a hulking reminiscence of the days when this used to be Greek territory. Thanks to your charming and knowledgeable guides, you will learn all sorts of interesting historical gossip, such as that Anthony and Cleopatra were said to hold love trysts under its shining white columns.
