The exhibition program will include one permanent and one temporary exhibition created with the maximum expression of conceptual excellence and capable of attracting a wide and varied audience. The main themes around which the Museum Volvo Ocean Race is centered are the race itself, sailing and the values this sport inspires.

Visitors will be taken on a tour covering these themes in various sections: the history of the Volvo Ocean Race, great sailors and epic achievements that have marked the history of the race; the technological evolution of the boats and life on board. Furthermore, visitors will discover a section dedicated to the oceans and the seas, to finally end their tour with the chance to enter the race’s nerve center: the control room, where a team of professionals monitors the race 24 hours a day.


Start/opening time : summer time, Tuesday to Saturday from 11am to 9pm. Sunday from 11am to 3pm.
Winter hours, Tuesday to Thursday from 10am to 2 hours. Friday and Saturday from 10am to 6pm hours. Sunday from 10am to 2pm hours.
