Travel back in time to the days of togas and chariots. First on the history hit-list is the classical city of Perge. This once bustling Roman Port was the first step for St. Paul on his journey. Then it’s on to Aspendos to see the one of the worls’s best-preserved Roman theatres.
Pick up from hotels at about 9am then visit the Perge, one of the largest ancient cities in the Pamphylia region. Perge was the capital of Pamphylia. See the Roman baths, the Agora, the colonnaded street, the Nymphaion and the Stadium.
Then visit theAspendos Theatre, a well-preserved ancient theatre dating from 2nd century AD. It has a capacity of 15,000 people and is still being used for festivals and music concerts.
Return to Kemer approximately at 15:30, Alanya: 14:30, Side: 14:00, Antalya: 14:00, Belek: 13:45. Tour involves a lot of walking so may not be suitable for the less mobile.
