Il programma nel dettaglio
Escape the hectic rhythm of the city for a full day of relaxation in the heart of the Alps, the heavenly Bernese Oberland. Located at the foot of the Kleine Sheidegg, one of the most beautiful Alpine panoramas, it offers unparalleled views of the famous triple peaks Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau – the Ogre, the Monk and the Maiden.
Hop onto our comfortable coach for a leisurely ride through the magnificent countryside towards Interlaken, an astounding region located between two shimmering lakes. After a break in this area, found in the heart of the Jungfrau region, continue to the renowned Grindelwald resort, where you will board a thrilling cogwheel train. This rickety but sturdy ride will trundle you up to the top of the Kleine Sheidegg. Contemplate the breath-taking north face of the Eiger, seemingly at arm’s reach.
Relish the sensational alpine environment during your stay at Kleine Sheidegg. This is the starting point of many stunning hikes, such as the Jungfrau Eiger Walk, which has magnificent views of the rock and ice masses that slowly move along the Eiger Glacier. You can also opt for sitting at one of the area’s many delicious restaurants for a taste of authentic alpine chow.
In the afternoon, join your guide again to descend by train to Lauterbrunnen. Along the way, pass by Wengen, the car-free holiday resort known for events such as the Lauberhorn Races and the Jungfrau Marathon. With your vitality and love for nature renewed, head back to Zurich in the evening.
