Il programma nel dettaglio
Feel the complete freedom of Central Park as you explore 47 miles of paths on bike. Create your own itinerary or merely set off and feel the wind in your hair as you lose yourself in 843 acres of greenery and history. Central Park has enchanted visitors for centuries and there is no better way to appreciate its charm than on two wheelsHighlights- An enjoyable way to explore the largest urban park in New York
- 47 miles of paths to explore
- Visit the most iconic landmarks around the park such as the Carousel or Literary Walk
Find the bike that’s perfect for you and your group from a choice of many high-quality comfort, hybrid, mountain and tandem "Cannondale" bikes. Helpful team members are also on hand to help you with anything you need, from the must-see stop-offs to where to find Central Parks tastiest eateries.
Discover The Dairy, a charming building full of history, once providing the city’s children with fresh milk but now the park’s first ever visitor center. Head on to the Carousel, one of the park’s most popular attractions and always hugely popular with younger visitors. Perhaps take in a piece of culture at the statue of William Shakespeare. Donated by the citizens of New York, this claimed the honour of being the first sculpture of a writer ever to be placed on Literary Walk and started a rich tradition.
Take a pause at the Bethesda Fountain Overlook to admire the famous centerpiece or make the short trip to Strawberry Fields to pay tribute to John Lennon, whose life was tragically cut short in this city.
Whatever your age or interests, Central Park has something for you and there is surely no better way to live and breathe it than renting your own bike for the day.
