The designer hotel has a façade of the former Xenia hotel and lies about 300 m from the centre and the sandy beach of Megáli Ammos. The surrounding area offers links to the public transport network (200m from the hotel) and a vast array of shopping facilities (around 70m). Transfer to Mykonos Airport takes about 7 minutes (roughly 2 km).

Este hotel, conocido en el pasado como el hotel Xenia, se caracteriza por su diseño y se encuentra a tan sólo 300 metros del centro de la ciudad y de la playa Megáli Ammos. En los alrededores (70 metros), hay una parada de transporte público y a unos 200 podrá realizar sus compras. Para llegar al aeropueto de Mykonos sólo necesitará 7 minutos ya que se encuentra a 2 kilómetros.

Este hotel, construido en el año 1960 por el famoso arquitecto griego Aris Konstantinidis, se restauró y se convirtió en un moderno edificio, cuya arquitectura minimalista de los años 60 y su diseño interior son únicos. Cuenta con seis edificios climatizados de una planta, que suman un total de 52 habitaciones, de las cuales 38 son dobles, dos individuales y 12 suites. En el hall de entrada hay un ascensor y un área de recepción abierta las 24 horas con servicio de caja fuerte y de cambio de divisa. También cuenta con una cafetería, un lobby bar, una sala de estar con televisión, un restaurante a la carta climatizado con zona para no fumadores, una sala de conferencias y una terminal de Internet. Las habitaciones cuentan con un estilo muy cuidado y cada una esta decorada con una paleta de colores diferente.
