Ubicado en una ciudadela árabe construida en un asentamiento romano, este hotel histórico se encuentra en un imponente castillo que data de 1123, que fue la residencia de obispos y cardenales hasta finales del siglo XIX, ofreciendo auténticos alojamientos reales en un palacio que ha conservado sala del trono y una capilla románica del siglo XIII.
