¡Buenos días y muchas gracias por reservar en nuestros apartamentos G3galeón!
Para poder entrar en vuestro apartamento disponemos de un moderno servicio de Auto check-in, a través de un quiosco con pantalla táctil, situado en la entrada del hotel.
En la pantalla táctil deberás introducir tu código de reserva … …… y seguir las instrucciones que aparecen en la pantalla.
Una vez realizado el check-in, la máquina te entregará la tarjeta de tu habitación.
Muy importante: para realizar el Check-in, deberéis disponer del documento de identidad de todos los adultos que se alojarán en el apartamento.
Nuestro quiosco permite escanear estos documentos, no obstante, también puedes introducir estos datos manualmente.
Recuerda que, una vez que hayas recogido tu tarjeta llave, deberás pasarla por los lectores o cerraduras situados tanto en las puertas de entrada como en la puerta de tu apartamento.
En caso de que tengas que realizar algún pago, éste tendrías que hacerlo mediante tarjeta de crédito, no se admite el pago en efectivo.
Si queréis hacer uso del parking, éste tiene un coste de 19€ por noche, deberéis indicárnoslo antes de la entrada, para lo que necesitaremos el modelo y matrícula del vehículo. Una vez estéis en el parking, podéis aparcar en cualquier plaza que no tenga ningún cartel de “reservado” o similar.

This charming building lies at the heart of Madrid. An ideal point of departure for those wishing to discover the famous sights of interest, for example, the famous Santiago Bernabeu football stadium, Prado Museum and the Congress Centre. Numerous shopping and leisure facilities are to be found on the Paseo de la Castellana are only a few steps from the hotel. The train station lies around 2 km away and the airport is roughly 8 km from the hotel.

Facilities

The apartment hotel has 38 apartments, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock.
