water sports, deep diving school ect. Guest rooms are equipped with

healthy naturally grown food, as hotel grows its own vegetables and melons
in its own fields, and brings them directly to your dining table.From
hotels olive tress cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil is used to prepare
meals. Velaris Resort makes homemade products such as fruit jams, and bake
our own bread, rolls and cakes. We serve our jams and olive oil in the
hotel restaurant, and also sell them to hotel guests in our gift shop or at
the reception desk of the hotel. You can purchase extra virgin olive oil
and homemade fruit jam made from our executive chef's recipe (fig, plum,
tangerine and grapefruit jam), as well as dried lavender from the Velaris
