Location

These apartments are located in the historic city centre of Puerto de Santa Maria. It is next to the Ribera del Marisco, an excellent place for meetings and leisure activities. They are a 10-minute walk from the bus and train stations and about 300 m from the nearest restaurants, bars, nightspots and shops. Besides enjoying a privileged location overlooking the city, the complex offers easy access and there are 2 public parking areas located a few metres from the building (Isaac Peral and Nuestra Señora de la Oliva car parks). The beach is roughly 2 km away and it is some 11 km to Jerez de la Frontera, about 25 km to Cádiz, around 26 km to San Lucar de Barrameda and about 100 km to Seville. It is approximately 115 km to Seville Airport and 235 km to Malaga Airport.

Facilities

The holiday apartments were built in 1700. 19 apartments are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom and a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Además de gozar de un privilegiado lugar como mirador de la ciudad dispone de facil acceso y de dos aparcamientos públicos situados a escasos metros del edificio (parking "Isaac Peral" y parking "Nuestra Señora de la Oliva").Esta casa se corresponde en su estilo a las edificadas en el siglo XVIII en El Puerto de Santa María, con marcadas líneas barrocas, contaba con tres plantas y jardín, las dos primeras con nueve habitaciones y la última con miradores; el jardín se encontraba al fondo de la casa con fuente y una galería abierta y columnada.En este edificio en cualquiera de sus apartamentos, no se admiten DESPEDIDAS DE SOLTEROS/AS ni realizar fiestas ni nada que perjudique a la tranquilidad de los demás huéspedes.Hay unas normas de la casa que se deben cumplir. Para ello a la llegada hay que abonar una fianza de 30 euros por persona, que una vez que se revise el apartamento y se compruebe que no ha habido ninguna incidencia y se hayan cumplido las normas establecidas, se devolverá dicho importe a la salida del alojamiento.La salida es como máximo a las 11:00 hNo se admiten mascotas.Es importante informar del teléfono del cliente y de la hora de la llegada al menos 24 horas antes de la misma.La entrega de llaves se realiza en recepción de 12:45 h a 13:45 h y de 17 a 19:45 horas.
