This prestigious traditional hotel is situated in a somewhat elevated location in the quiet villa quarter of La Paz, close to the botanical gardens. The centre of Puerto de la Cruz, the beach and the seawater swimming pools are about 1500 m away. A shuttle bus service runs several times a day on weekdays and Saturday morning. Countless shops, bars, pubs and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. The nearest public transport links are roughly 50 m away. A casino is to be found in the town centre.

The hotel has 32 junior suites, 15 suites and 205 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.
