Es un edificio histórico de 1857 de arquitectura típica cordobesa, restaurado en 2005 como hotel. Hoy en día cuenta con 2 plantas, 12 habitaciones (1 de ellas para discapacitados), climatización, recepción, ascensor, cafetería, restaurante y servicio de lavandería.
