This villa is located in the leisure area, on the Santa Maria Hill, with impressive views over the Colonial town of Morelia. Morelia is around 5 km from a wide range of bars, restaurants and nightlife venues. A zoo, modern shops and the financial district are also in the immediate vicinity. Patzcuaro Lake and Zirahuen Lake can be reached within half an hour.
