This house is unique, recently renovated and decorated. It is located in
front of the Roman Circus monument , a World Heritage Site. This is an open
loft distributed on 3 floors plus the roof terrace. Every room is open and
connected with the others by the stairs. On the ground floor there is a
hall, bedroom with full bathroom with shower. The backgound of the bedroom
is an authentic Roman wall, carefully restored and integrated into the
decoration of this bedroom. On the first floor the is another double
bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there
is a living-dining room with a small balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.
The third floor occupies a master bedroom with jacuzzi and a toilet. The
house has a freight elevator exclusively for luggage and restricted
operation according to the instructions. The fourth floor is a magnificent
furnished terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the city and the Roman
Circus. The terrace has a table to eat and a chill-out to relax. It has a
tent that covers the entire terrace from the sun. The house is located in
the heart of Tarragona, very close to all services. In unique opportunity
to get closer to history, to enjoy this unique city, jewel of the
Mediterranean, World Heritage of Unesco. ! IMPORTANT INFORMATION: For your

rules For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas)
are not included in the price. 1. To comply with applicable citizen
security regulations, this establishment requires online registration
through its own channel, which can request a photo of an identity document
and/or a selfie of a tourist. . Personal data will be processed in

leaving home, if food/drinks are left open or any other type of open
garbage, a fine of 200 euros will be charged from the deposit. 3. Guests
over the age of 16 will be charged a tourist tax of EUR 1.10 per person for
a maximum of 7 days. (Law 5/2012, of March 20, of the Parliament of
Catalonia). 4. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people.
NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Damage to
furniture will be deducted from the deposit. 5. The agreed security deposit
(€500) will be issued at the time of key collection by credit card and will
be refunded within 7 days prior to departure if the accommodation has not
