Guests staying at HK Disneyland Resort's hotels are invited to join fun activities throughout the day at the recreation facilities of the hotels. “Take 5” in the piano-shaped pool or stroll through a lush garden courtyard. Young guests can participate in Recreation Arts & Crafts and make their own handmade Disney crafts, families can meet some of their favorite Disney Friends and so much more!

Children 2 to 12 years of age are invited to enjoy Disney-themed activities and games at Storybook Playroom and Nemo's Recreation Reef inside the nearby HK Disneyland Resort's hotels.

Complimentary shuttle service is available between Disney's Hollywood Hotel, HK Disneyland Park, HK Disneyland Hotel and Disney Explorers Lodge. Departing every 10 to 20 minutes depending on the time of day, the shuttle can be picked up in front of the hotel, to the right of the main entrance. Between the hours of 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM, shuttle service can be arranged by contacting the Bell Desk in the main lobby.

The new regulation on disposable plastic products starts on April 22, 2024. Under the new regulation, HK Disneyland Resort Hotels are prohibited from providing for free toiletries packed in disposable plastic containers, toiletries made of plastics and disposable plastic-bottled water in the guest rooms. Guests can purchase toiletries set (for 4 guests) at the Hotel Front Desk at HKD$40 upon check-in. The in-room plastic-bottled water is replaced with filtered water dispensers.
