Location

This hotel is located just 45 minutes south of Cancun International Airport and 5 minutes from the charming town of Playa del Carmen where guests will find restaurants, nightspots and shops as well as links to the public transport network. It is set in around 13 hectares of lush, tropical gardens, against the backdrop of the white sands of the best beach on the Yucatan peninsula. Cancun, the main centre for tourists throughout Mexico and the Caribbean, is around an hour away.

Guests have a choice of 200 rooms, including 6 junior suites, 2 suites and 188 double rooms, located in a 2-storey main building and 10 auxiliary buildings. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities.
