Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a souvenir shop, 3 bars, a nightclub, an Italian à la carte restaurant and an open-air buffet and grill restaurant that lies directly beside the beach (both restaurants are air conditioned). Those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park and garage facilities and there is a kids' club with entertainment for those aged between 4 and 12 years of age (runs from 9 am until 5 pm) as well as a playground. An in-house laundry service rounds off the offerings.The welcoming air-conditioned rooms each come with a bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV and a hire safe.In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool with a large children's pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Grand Paradise Playa Dorada is a spacious complex located in the popular resort of Playa Dorada on the northern coast of the island, set directly on the beach and just a 5-minute drive from Puerto Plata.
The hotel features a lobby and reception area, lounges, bars, a buffet restaurant, a-la-carte-restaurant, BBQ restaurant, disco, meeting/banquet facilities, laundry service, tour desk, currency exchange and mini market.
