In order to check-in into your apartment we have a modern self check-in service, through a touch screen kiosk, located at the entrance of the hotel.
On the touch screen you must enter your booking number or booking code and follow the instructions that will appear on the screen.
Once the check-in is done, the machine will give you your room card.
Very important: to make the Check-in, you must have the identity card/ Passport of all adults who will be staying in the apartment.
Our kiosk allows the scan of these documents, however, you can also enter these data manually.
Remember that, once you have picked up your key card, you must pass it through the readers or locks located both at the entrance doors and at the door of your apartment.
In case you have to make any payment, this must be made by credit card, cash is not accepted.
If you wish to use the car park, it has an extra cost of 19€ per night, and you must book us before your arrival, for which we will need the model and registration number of your vehicle. Once you are in the car park, you can park in any parking space that does not have a "reserved" or similar sign.

This charming building lies at the heart of Madrid. An ideal point of departure for those wishing to discover the famous sights of interest, for example, the famous Santiago Bernabeu football stadium, Prado Museum and the Congress Centre. Numerous shopping and leisure facilities are to be found on the Paseo de la Castellana are only a few steps from the hotel. The train station lies around 2 km away and the airport is roughly 8 km from the hotel.

Facilities

The apartment hotel has 38 apartments, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing.
