The deposit must be left with a bank card: Visa or Mastercard (MAESTRO or others will not be valid.). A pre-authorization will be carried out. The amount will be between €150.00-€250.00. The money will be unlocked a maximum of one week after check-out, as long as the client has left the accommodation in the same conditions in which it was delivered, has returned all the keys, TV accessories or others and has complied with the rules of good behaviour. IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED TO LEAVE THE DEPOSIT IN CASH.
In the event that the deposit cannot be left with a card, the client will not be able to access the apartment and the cost of the reservation will be 100%.

The apartments Picasso are situated on a hill side within walking distance to the touristic centre with its large variety of shops, bars and restaurants. This complex services include a lobby with reception (open limited hours), lift, TV room, bar-café, swimming pool, sun terrace with sun beds and parasols, parking.
All the apartments have TV (extra charge), kitchen with fridge and basic kitchen utensils, complete bathroom (bath/shower) and balcony.

**Apartments with 1 bedroom: Sofa Bed for the 3rd/4th person.

***IMPORTANT: Reception open MON-FRI from 09:30 until 13:30 and from 16:00 until 19:00,SAT-SUN 9:30-13:30. Out this office hours keys at Buenavista Apts situated at Ciudad Real street nº 3.

**Cleaning, change of towels and linnen: once a week. (for stays of 7 nights, cleaning only in departure day included, there will be no cleaning during the stay)**

- An indemnity deposit is to be paid locally upon arrival (about 150EUR/room). Deposit will be refunded accordingly at the end of the stay. The refund of the deposit will be made within the reception hours. For any check-out outside of the reception hours, the deposit will be refund directly to the customer's bank account.
