This aparthotel is strategically located near the Luis Campomanes harbour, close to Benidorm and Calp. The area is comprised of a succession of beautiful beaches and natural coves. Altea is a charming, small residential town that is accessible from the complex in just 10 minutes by car. Guests can enjoy the nightlife and shopping of the nearby tourist towns of Calp (7 km to the north) and Benidorm (18 km to the south). Alicante Airport is some 75 km from the aparthotel.

Facilities

The apartment complex has 52 apartments, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A safe, medical assistance, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm are available. Amenities include a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Services include a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. The Apart-Hotel is located in front of the Luis Campomanes port. Just opposite the sea and pebble beach, near to the towns of Calpe and Benidorm. Also located only 10 minutes by car from the residential town of Altea full of traditional charm.

Is a charming and quiet apartment complex located by the beach and offering wonderful sea views. All the apartments are fully equipped and for a maximum of 5 persons. Free access to the outdoor pool of the complex.
Is located at the core of the Costa Blanca, an area well-known for its typical mediterraean landscapes and the famous sea resorts of Calpe and Benidorm, located just 20 minutes away by car.


An en suite bathroom, centrally regulated air conditioning and heating as well as a balcony or terrace are provided in all accommodation units as standard.

The swimming pool of the apart-hotel will be closed from the 1st of May to the 10th of June due to maintenance works in the zone. In the port of Luis Campomanes one can hire sailing and motor boats. There is also a diving centre and a sailing school.

From the motorway AP7 take the exit 14 "Altea/Calpe" and continue in direction Calpe via the N332 highway. After passing a large church, continue and on the right there is a small road that indicates the "Campomanes" port, follow this for approximately 2kms. The apartment complex has a large glass front and can be found at the shore edge, just before the sports port.

The Altea Beach holiday complex offers fully equipped apartments near the sporting harbour Luis Campomanes in Altea. The tourist areas of Calpe (4 km) and Benidorm (18 km) are easily reached by car.
The apartment complex has a swimming pool, parking is available for an extra fee.
