The hotel is located in Rincon de Loix, integrated in 9,500 m² of grounds and only 500 m from Levante Beach. The centre of Benidorm is only 5 minutes away and 3 km further the famous Terra Mitica Amusement Park is located. The nearest golf course is in Altea which is 10 km away. Furthermore, the airport of Alicante is just 40 minutes from the hotel.

The hotel has 4 junior suites, 2 suites and 520 double rooms, which are located on 23 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.
