The Ramayana Resort and Spa is nestled amongst tropical gardens and ponds cascades in the centre of Kuta, next to the famous Matahari Square, Kuta Galleria, the Art Market, Waterbom and the long sandy beach of Kuta. The airport is approximately 4 km away from the hotel.

The hotel facilities and services include 24 h. reception, club private lounge with internet access, lobby lounge, shopping arcade, meeting rooms and event facilities, orchid gardens and a chapel, poolside restaurant and bar, Japanese restaurant with lounge, bar cafeteria with TV, table tennis, outdoor pool, sun terrace and Spa with massage service and a variety of treatments (with extra charge).
