The facilities and services include a 24h reception, breakfast room, launderette, safe deposit boxes at reception, WiFi Internet access in a limited area, parking area (extra fee) and elevator.
All studios are equipped with bathroom/shower, satellite TV, telephone, Internet access, kitchen area (stove, microwave/grill and fridge), alarm clock and either sofa bed or twin beds.

*Cleaning and change of sheets/towels in the apartments 1 day/week (only stays of 7 nights or more).
*The beds are made only for the arrivals.
