From Singapore, it takes 55 minutes by high-speed catamaran to reach the Bintan ferry terminal, after which it is just a 10-minute drive to the resort. Facilities

The resort has a lift and features 64 rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.
