This hotel complex lies directly beside famous La Condese beach about 20 minutes from the centre of Acapulco where a diverse selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs are to be found. It takes about 30 minutes by car to reach the airport.

The hotel comprises a total of 161 rooms affording views out over the bay, mountains or the Avenida Costera Miguel Alemán. Facilities at the complex include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a hire safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom and a lift in addition to a selection of shops, meeting rooms, a hairdressing salon, a babysitting service, room and laundry services and WLAN Internet access.
