The residence has 45 apartments of different sizes (from 20 to 50 sqm), all with a patio or terrace with sea view; they can accommodate from 2 to 6 guests. The types of apartments are Studio, Two-bedroom and Three-bedroom. The "Studios", one room with double bed and kitchenette (maximum 2 person). The Bilo"W apartments (max 4 persons), similar to the Studio, have two rooms (some of those are slightly smaller and not equipped with sofa-bed in the living room “BILO 2” maximum for 2 people). The "Trilo"(max 6 persons) consists of a living room, a regular bedroom and a small bedroom. Some Three-bedroom apartments, particularly panoramic, are “Superior” type (“TRILO superior” renovated and with air conditioning). All apartments have an equipped kitchenette, TV, ceiling fan and they can have and additional cot.
Reception is available from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The residence has a lobby, the Bar, swimming pools for adults and children; unguarded outdoor parking, Pizzeria with tremendous panoramic terrace and wooden hoven is at extra charge.
