The Milky Bay Resort is located between Thongsala, the main city and Haadrin, where the world famous Full Moon Party is monthly held. Directly on the beach of Ban Tai you will find the Milky Bay Resort.
For the night life there are a few restaurants and bars nearby. The Half Moon Party and the Black Moon Party are close to the resort, but far enough to have a good night sleep.

There are several ways to get to Koh Pangan. There are several flights from Bangkok to Koh Samui every day. From Koh Samui you can take an express boat to Koh Phangan (around 20 min). Or you can take the train down from Bangkok to Suratthani and take a ferry from Suratthani to the island. If you are adventurous and don't mind a long haul journey, air-conditioned bus can be one of your choices.
