The hotel is located on the beautiful Kololi Beach off the West African shores. Situated within the Tourism Development Area, the property is near the centre of the tourism development area with restaurants, shops, night clubs and more. There is a connection to the public transport network about 300 m from the hotel.

The hotel is a simple establishment offering traditional African hospitality with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. The beach hotel was renovated in 2010 and features a total of 80 rooms. The premises are air-conditioned and guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services. Facilities include a hotel safe, currency exchange, a hairdressing salon and a children's playground. There is also a bar, pub and restaurant on the premises. For an additional fee, guests can take advantage of the room and laundry services on offer. Those guests arriving by car may park their vehicle in the hotel's car park or garage.

The complex features 80 rooms consisting of superior rooms with views of the pool or sea, as well as single-storey accommodation with garden views. There are also standard rooms. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a shower and guests can enjoy a good night's sleep in the double or king-size beds. Amenities include satellite/cable TV, a safe and a kitchen with a fridge. Individually regulated heating and either a balcony or terrace are also standard features in all accommodation.

Guests can take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool and there is also a children's swimming area. Refreshments are available from the poolside snack bar and guests can relax on the sun terrace which also has parasols. Moreover, massage treatments are available. During the week, the property organises a variety of local entertainment activities and fun games. It also organises a barbecue with special African night activities: dances, ballets, competitions, shows and live bands. There is a golf course nearby.
