The resort is situated directly on the beach, right in the heart of the peaceful communities of resort and around ten kilometres from the city centre. Various historic relics, natural attractions such as sand dunes, lakes, canyons and dunes and primitive fishing villages are in the area. Guests have access to the bus network.

The bungalow complex has 136 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.
